Nominations for Moraga Business & Nonprofit of the Year are typically open from the end of January through the end of February. Nominations are submitted online (see link below), are reviewed and voted on by the Chamber Board and then celebrated in a small ceremony (open to the public) at the end of March or April (depending on the schedules for the selected nominees).
PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA WHEN MAKING YOUR NOMINATION. HOW DOES THE NOMINEE:
- Practice good business strategies
- Support the Moraga community
- Serve as a good Business or Community role model
- Have good customer relationships
- Demonstrate ethical business practices

Recipients in previous years (BUSINESS): 5A Rent-A-Space, The Child Day Schools-Moraga, Bay Area Ballplayers and Canyon Club Brewery and (NONPROFIT): Moraga Junior Womens Club, Be The Star You Are! and Joy in Motion dance. These businesses will be eligible again, five years after their “win”.
